High-Quality Materials

Primarily high-quality materials procured from certified suppliers are used as raw materials at the plant. The total grinding capacity is a commendable 360 tons, with one ball mill capable of grinding 40 tons per day. The grinded slurry then transferred and stored in a large underground storage facility, which is one of the largest.

The advance spray dryer procured from SACMI, Italy has an impressive capacity of 500 tons. Raphael Porcelain has acquired one of the leading roller press of the world, which ensures superior quality in slab designs and set industry-wide benchmarks. The SYSTEM press uses the roller pressing method and has a capacity of 22,000 tons. Raphael Porcelain’s plant has machinery in place, which can produce slabs of thicknesses anywhere between 3mm to 20 mm.

Capacity & Quality Standards

The daily capacity of the plant is one of the best in the industry. The plant is capable of producing 10,000 sq meter of high-quality porcelain slabs in 24 hours. Modern edge dryers from Modena installed at the plant to ensure proper drying of the slabs.

Our quality standards are incredibly rigid, which stands with the acceptable tolerance in length and width. Raphael Porcelain doesn’t approve any batch above or below the tolerance levels.

For proper and consistent glaze application, we are using an Air Power instruments acquired from Italy. We are using high-quality glaze imported from Spain, exclusively for excellent painting quality. Raphael Porcelain has a state-of-the-art digital printing machine, for ensuring nothing but highly detailed designs are printed on each slab. For the best experience of the consumers. The machine is capable of printing 6 different colors with 3 different effects for the highest printing quality.

Storage, Klin and CMF Technology

We also have the latest technology multi-storage system, which works on the system of first in and first out for best results. It can store slabs for anywhere between 6 to 10 hours at once. Raphael Porcelain has acquired a klin from modena, which works up to temperatures 1250 degrees Celcius, perfect for modern porcelain slabs. Our large capacity klin is 220 meters n length for better performance.

Raphael Porcelain has a robotic C.M.F technology for its plant automation services. C.M.F technology has systems for conveying and handling porcelain products during their main production stages, storage systems with laser-guided handling plus finishing, and sorting lines for the finished products.

Polishing and Quality Control

Due attention is given to the entire polishing process at our production unit. We have pre-sizing machines. Our Advance polishing line can polish 13,000 sq—meters of slab surfaces in 24 hours. We use three nano polishing machines before the tiles move to the final sizing.

Quality control is of the utmost importance a Raphael Porcelain, and several measures are in place. Raphael Porcelain has a size planner from Appel, which is a straight forward quality control instrument for porcelain slabs. It is used to inspect dimensions diagonally to ensure flatness and thickness of the slab, all with a precision of within a tenth of a millimeter.
